Travel Information
Short-term surcharge:
- 1 to 3 nights € 10,00 per person
Dogs:
- Per day without food € 30,00
- We ask for your understanding that we reserve the right to charge € 40,00 for the final cleaning of your room as needed.
- If there is damage to the inventory, this will be charged by us.
Miscellaneous:
- Our prices do not include the local tax of € 2,00 per person/day (from age 15 onwards).
- Double rooms for single room use: Surcharge of € 40,00 per day applies.

Arrival: On the day of arrival your room will be available latest at 3pm. In case you’ll arrive later than 8pm we kindly ask you to inform us in a timely manner.
Depature: Check-out time is 11:00 am.
Reservation: We will confirm your booking with a written proof of reservation. Your reservation is guaranteed as soon as the deposit of €100,- per person and week has been transferred to our account "Oberbank Bad Hofgastein", IBAN AT91 1509 5003 2106 5476, BIC OBKLAT2L (for wire transfers within the EU).
We accept Maestro credit cards and EC cards for payment on-site.

- Up to 3 months before arrival - free of cancellation charge
- Up to 1 month before arrival - 40%
- Up to 1 week before arrival - 70%
- Less than 1 week before arrival 90%
